Salon Policy
1. Services
Nail Zone only provides services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. If you have any skin issues or nail diseases, we will recommend seeing a doctor first. Please let us know if you have any bleeding disorders.
Walk-in upon availability, appointments recommended. We appreciate your time.
To save time, we encourage customers to choose nail polish color and design while waiting or have an inspiration photo ready, and determine what nail shape, and length.
2. Refund (IMPORTANT!!)
Nail Zone does not provide refunds for any services.
If you refuse to pay, we must take off any work/ products on your nails before you leave.
We will re-do any service if you are unsatisfied with the quality provided, given that you tell us immediately while the services have been performed. If you tell us to fix anything after finishing the services or after the top coat, we will need you to schedule for fixing.
3. Nail Fix Policy
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services.
• Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your initial service. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.)
• Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are
$5 - $10+ each. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails; they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)
• Regular nail polish services are not guaranteed.
However, we would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for nails fixed within 2 days for regular polish.
We will charge you for the cost of any repairs or replacements that exceed guarantee days and happen outside of our salon. For example, if your nails or the finish of your nails are damaged (they are broken, chipped, or starting to lift), we will charge you due to your own lack of care.
The redo/ fixing policy does not cover a change in service or color.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
5. Salon Environment
We understand that sometimes you must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to low volume. Communication via FaceTime (or the like), or speaker phone is not permitted to preserve guest experience and privacy.
We appreciate customers keeping the salon clean.
6. Children
In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
We do not perform any nail enhancements on children under the age of 13, such as full set, Gel X, gel polish, dipping, or any nail enhancements without allowance from parents/guardians.
7. Appointment
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice. Cancellation or missed appointments without 24hr notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
